So overall, I definitely recommend getting a satin/silk pillowcase to everyone!! And I find this one to be a great option. Pretty good price, very soft, beautiful color and it seems more durable than I had expected. I will never return to cotton. And I will likely buy everyone one of these for Christmas next year!
I was worried that this pillowcase would sleep hot or make me sweat more. I find the complete opposite is actually true! I sleep at a much more comfortable temperature now!
I now find that I can not sleep without this lovely pillowcase. I feel like any cotton pillowcases are literally sucking all the moisture from my skin! Lol, probably because they are! My skin actually has the chance to absorb the expensive moisturizer I put on it now! And my hair? Let's just say it is no small miracle that I now wake up with my hair pretty much the same way I put it before bed!
I personally purchased this pillowcase in the hope of helping my skin and hair. You see, my skin gets so dry. Especially in the very cold winters where I live. And I am finding that as I am aging, my hair is becoming more brittle and thinning. I had NO clue that my normal cotton pillowcases were SO bad for both of these issues!
