At ZimaSilk, we always place customer satisfaction in the first place. We extended our FREE RETURN POLICY into 60 days, so you can always try the silk products you liked for free.
HOW DOES THE FREE RETURN POLICY WORK?
1. All return request must be made within 60 Days after your shipping status shows the package has been delivered.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged :
① Items On Clearance
② Silk Underwear
③ Customized Items
④ Monogrammed Items
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4.The customer is responsible for all return shipment/freight charges. For product returns that are not a result of a Zimasilk error, customer will need ship the item at your own expense.
5. For any quality issues, such as received damage, malfunctioning, please always feel free to contact our dedicated customer service for further solutions.

④ Brief description of the problem AND photos/videos of the problem
