At ZIMASILK, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
We offer a 60-day return policy, so you can try the silk products you love with confidence.


HOW DOES THE RETURN POLICY WORK?

  1. All return requests must be submitted within 60 days after the package is marked as delivered.
  2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
    ① Items on clearance
    ② Silk underwear
    ③ Customized items
    ④ Monogrammed items
  3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For returns that are not due to a ZIMASILK error, the return shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense.
  5. For any quality-related issues (such as damage or defects), please contact our customer service team for assistance.

TO REQUEST AFTER-SALES SUPPORT, PLEASE:

① Full name used when placing the order
② Order number
③ A brief description of the issue, along with photos or videos
