We offer a 60-day return policy, so you can try the silk products you love with confidence.
HOW DOES THE RETURN POLICY WORK?
- All return requests must be submitted within 60 days after the package is marked as delivered.
- The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
① Items on clearance
② Silk underwear
③ Customized items
④ Monogrammed items - Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For returns that are not due to a ZIMASILK error, the return shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense.
- For any quality-related issues (such as damage or defects), please contact our customer service team for assistance.

① Full name used when placing the order
② Order number
③ A brief description of the issue, along with photos or videos
