If for any reason your unsatisfied with our ZIMASILK products to due damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, ZIMASILK will take full responsibility of your product for up to 3-months after the purchase date on most items.


All ZIMASILK customers qualify for full access to our no questions asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you ever have any inquiry's regarding whether or not your product is still under warranty just email us and inquire about your warranty status. We will ask for for:

  3. Your Order Number
